Saturday afternoon in town, bustling and cheerful, a commotion distracted us from our conversation. "Hang on a minute." Mary said. She turned away...broke up the fight and said "now, you go that way and you go that way!". The two (grown men) walked off sheepishly and Mary came back to continue the conversation as we all stood, bewildered! "Well," she said, "I was a dinner lady! Always sortin' them out!" A fine lady, full of integrity and strength and an inspiration to us all. Xxx
